"I visited this solicitors office with a simple statutory statement to be signed. This was done fine but it wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience. The solicitor that was dealing with me was simply rude and behaved entitled. Not sure why he had to act as I was an inconvenience to him."

"Avoid. I phoned to ask about a service and the cost, they told me they'd call me back and couldn't say when they'd be able to call me in the next few days. The owner responded to my earlier google review saying they pride themselves on customer service (!!) and leaving an email address. I emailed them and the person called Anthony was unable to respond in an intelligibile manner after a few replies. After several emails spelling out what was needed he said he'd send my email to Prestwich. Ruth from the Prestwich branch emailed me to say they don't provide the service requested despite the receptionist checking and confirming they did. A complete waste of time, and the reviews seem to show the truth about their customer service reputation with a total tally of 3.5 stars out of 5."

I called to use this service again and was told someone would get back to me soon which took more than 24hrs. I assume they were just very busy that day."
