"I had a very positive experience with The Battery Guys. John picked up my call and couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me which battery to buy - and it was the best value of the range, not the most expensive - and also said that he reckoned that I would be quite capable of changing it myself instead of going to a garage to get it changed. He did send it for next-day delivery via Yodel, and I got an email from Yodel saying that I would receive it the next day. However, it was Yodel that let me down in this regard as they took two days to deliver rather than one. I found an online video that was perfect in showing me how to change the battery - it was for a Renault Twingo battery and my car is a Renault Wind which has the same engine as a Twingo. It took me about half an hour to replace and bingo! I have a car that has been running perfectly since then. Many thanks."
"Very poor. The battery I ordered didn't look like the battery that turned up, it was faulty after going flat after 3 weeks, failed to get the car started every morning and even tried it lunchtime, flat, dead! and to be fair they responded to the complaint and sent return form, but after that, nothing, no acknowledgement it arrived, or tested etc, the refund arrived minus the postage it cost me to return though it was discussed was promised if the battery was proved to be faulty ! Lesson learned, buy from a garage or dealer you know and trust !"

"Really poor customer service. Bought 3 batteries, the two leisure batteries arrived ok but the small generator starter battery was just shipped in its box and leaked. Sent an email had two chat conversations but nothing happened so I had to phone them. Not enough had leaked to be or concern was the reply - not the fact corrosive liquid escaped in transit and the batteries life could be shortened. I will use Tayna again in future - much better packing and service and hope there are no issues with the other purchases as it is pretty obvious once they have your money they don't care."
