"Initially we were very happy with our drumming teacher. My son really happy to goand loved his lesson and teacher. He missed a lesson which I advised I would pay for. I had already informed him we would be away for half term . Without consultation the time of our lesson at 12 noon on a Saturday was pulled and a message saying the only slot left was 10am. I I had already negotiated the time to to fit in with another activity. I have now left 2 message both by text and on voicemail requesting a call back to see of there is another option for another day. No response. My son therefore will not be returning to this school, much to my sons disappointment who is very upset with the ordeal. The communication is poor. I hold my hand up as did not inform them we would not be attending a lesson, but had advised I would pay for the missed lesson."
