"my experience was all hassel free delivery was quicker than was told was really happy about as was a punch bag for my sons xmas present the base and punch bag come on 2 separate deliverys and this wasn't clear so when I only received the base I emailed them on a Sunday they replied promptly letting me no that due to the weight and size will be on 2 deliverys the punch bag is good and good quality Only thing I say is mabey make it a little clearer how the delivery will be in 2 deliverys otherwise 5* service very happy"

"Don’t buy anything from Gallant Sports. The items they sent me had defects which they acknowledged and agreed to replace however the replacement never arrived and they do not respond to emails since the ordinal correspondence. Their customer service is terrible and products are of very poor quality. Save yourself the hassle and agro that they have caused me. There are plenty or reputable retails who value their customers and repeat business, gallant sports is not one of those companies. 1 star is too many stars, would rate them as 0"
