"PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM FANATICS, Really disappointed with the level of service I received. I ordered some clothing from the Aston Villa website which is run by Fanatics. I then attempted to return the items I didn’t want. Firstly the returns portal didn’t work, then once I had returned the items, via Royal Mail, they refused to issue a refund. They claimed they didn’t receive the return, in spite of me proving that it had been delivered. I am now having to pursue it through the small claims court. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
"To be avoided. Buy from US store. Purchased number of items. one was not delivered. Recieved email that I could cancel order but when called they stated that the item is shipped from US and I need to wait additional weeks for delivery and pay customs fee even though the web site clearly states that items are shipped from UK unless something else is stated. Two "customer service" staff lied to me and just after a lot of pushing I was finally given the truth. That is you have no rights. Do not buy from these people unless you like being scammed."
