"Placed order on 27th December with standard delivery. Despite it being Christmas it still stated delivery between 3 and 5 working days and "your order is due by or before 2nd January 2020". Guess what, they haven't arrived. Rang JD and after waiting in line for 22 minutes someone eventually answered! Sort your Supply Chain out JD, you should be doing better for customers than the service currently being delivered. Extremely disappointing service"
