"PSA - Don’t ask for any help from the servers unless you want a sarcastic comment from the person serving you. I drink costa a lot from various different locations and Iv never been made to feel so belittled. Being in a hospital you would have thought that the people serving would have an appreciation that patients could be having a bad day or just told some awful news (unfortunately this was the case for myself) and wanting a coffee to take the edge of it. Is it too much to ask for a friendly face and to answer a simple question nicely? On my next visit to the hospital I’ll just not bother visiting this location and go down the road to the drive through Costa in Sealand."
