"Ladies who serve coffee and food are friendly and helpful. Food is delicious always tasty. They wear masks when moving round and sanitize table after each customer. Staff from the travel agent part however walk round with no masks despite customers adhering to mask rule. Seems the wear a mask when you walk round does not apply to them."

"Booked for a Saturday to Saturday was booked wrong Friday to Friday cost £400 more and rang to let us know what we had outstanding we had jus payed £300 not helpful to the customer we found the same Holliday with same flights times and company £700 cheaper in front of manger. Look on internet first save it and show them or lose £700 its up to you ."
