"i'm not usually a one star reviewer but idk maybe the owner of this place will see this and do something to improve things here. i don't know if the admin side of things needs updating or the staff need extra training but something needs to be done. this pharmacy has messed up my mum's prescription multiple times. she has anxiety, she shouldn't have to deal with stressing about her medication. her MEDICATION that she kind of needs to CONTINUE LIVING. this is an essential service that a lot of people rely on. you should be able to go to your chemist and feel confident that they know what they're doing. we've asked our gp to send my mum's prescription to a different pharmacy from now on, and if i need any over the counter medication i won't be buying from here. i would advise anyone who might be reading this to do the same. and if the staff of this pharmacy see this: your job is so, so important and you HAVE to strive to DO BETTER. this is people's health and in some cases their life that you're dealing with. if there's a reason you keep losing people's prescriptions, do something to FIX IT. i hope this pharmacy finds a way to improve and deliver the service their customers need."
