"Placed an order online and went to collect it at the arranged time. I was made to wait outside in the cold for 40minutes as they were closed due to a “staff shortage” I was then told there wasn’t a pharmacist available and so they wouldn’t be able to process my order. Waste of time and very poor management. Avoid."

"Absolutely horrendous service. I called in to collect a prescription for an 80yr old neighbour. I arrived at 9am and waited 40 minutes for them to get the medication to me and the prescription was handed in a week ago. The staff are not very polite and totally ignore you from asking what you want to delivering your items. It's definitely gone down hill and seems to have been since the start of the pandemic. They need proper training in customer service as they have none at all now"

"Cannot believe how terrible the service is in this pharmacy. Today, in the queue there were - one father with a young child, 2 elderly people that needed to sit regularly, and myself - 9months pregnant. There were 3 members of staff - 2 were slowly organising stuffs at the back, slowly, ignoring everyone, and one was at the till, disappearing for very long periods of time. We all waited for 20min, no one got served. The father and myself left without our meds. Looking at the reviews this is not an isolated incident - time for things to change!"

"I ordered my online repeat prescription and Lloyds staff said they had not received it, so I went back to my surgery and they had sent it 8 days ago. Once back at Lloyds they found it & said they were to busy to prepare the medicine and was extremely rude even though I politely explained what had happened and I'm short of my medicines and I am diabetic. They still refused & started having a go at me on how busy they were so I had to take my prescription to another pharmacy after the incompetence of not preparing it and making me wait a week. Awful customer services & very rude & the reviews on here shows it's not only happened with me !"

"The staff here are absolutely horrendous, no manners and very rude! The management need to get involved as customers should not be forced to move pharmacy because of their terrible service. They have been rude multiple times. They have spoken about customers as their are getting their prescriptions ready. They are the most unprofessional staff I have met at a pharmacy. I cannot believe the audacity to speak about customers as their are stood right infront of the counter. I left their upset and received no apology. Disgraceful service they should be ashamed."
