"Service is non-existent. Even if you stand around and make eye contact the staff will look down and ignore you. This is way below par when compared to all other outlets at the O2. I really wanted to buy a pair of shoes but after standing around for 10 minutes I took my business elsewhere. Oh, and the store was empty at the time."
