"It’s unfortunate that there are one two members of staff who are helpful here. I recently tested covid positive and so couldn’t collect my prescription, I called to organise delivery of much needed pain medication, which arrived over 24hrs after they said it would be delivery. Prior to that I went into the shop to collect and was systematically ignored for 40 minutes and also flagged to them that they were breaking GDPR by reading out the full name and address (and sometimes the prescription items) in the middle of a busy shop!!"
