"So, apparently they do not issue refunds in store. Despite the lovely service this store provides, this literally ruined the entire experience. How can one buy an item in store but has to request for a refund online?? To make matters, to call up the main office and everyone you speak to are either shocked or surprised by such news. Refunds are issued in their stores! Some sort of disconnect!!!"

"I took my cousin who 80 years old to your Bromley branch yesterday to have his feet and leg assessed, it was on my recommendation as I have had good service from another of your branches in the past helped me. Just to say we were met by a delightful ,friendly, professional lady called V who took care of my cousin and provided him with suitable insoles and knee support, he was walking much better even though he uses a stick. I can't thank this lady enough .for all her advice ,exercises etc..I would recommend anyone who needs foot or leg assessment to visit your shop,my cousin was also impressed. Thank you."
