"Where to start ? 4 weeks before travelling on our holiday we discovered we were no longer able to travel for medical reasons in a blind panic we went in store and dealt with Jim and Charley and there’s not enough words to describe how brilliant they both were. They moved mountains to help us resolve our issue and we’ve come away with a rearranged holiday at no extra cost. I can’t praise all of the staff at this store enough.
