"Terrible customer service. Sabah, the man, rudely insulated us together with a woman who works there. They screamed and shouted at us to the point that my little son got scared and started crying. They refused to let us know of our flight cancellation which was sent to them a month ago by the airline. As a result we paid extra for taxi and double for Covid tests as well as all the stress we went through. Their excuse for not letting us know that the flight schedule changed was: "we get 500 emails a day. We have no time to read them"!!! Rather than an apology, these two terribly insulated us. In addition they told us all Iranian people dodgy!!"
