"Well, well, well…where do I begin. This store is an absolute gem situated in the heart of Shoreditch. Cosy, vibrant, open…the superlatives are endless when describing Jack’s Place. The staff treat me like ‘one of their own’, as though I’m part of the furniture and I, I say I but I mean we, we wouldn’t want it any other way. And by the way, ‘Bolongaro Trevor’ but wait, whisper it. If you really buy in, understand the heritage and the presence All Saints has in London Fashion, you’ll know what on earth I’m talking about. Happy 30th Everyone,"
"My favourite label! I love AllSaints style and quality is very good: a garment last years! This shop also particularly big with a big showcase of the collection."
"Very disappointing experience. Avoid this store to save your time. 1. I called this specific store before going there to ask if I can return with Apple Pay without the physical card. I was given a yes answer. But while I’m in store, the manager first denied that this could be said by her team, and then told me it is not possible to use Apple Pay for return. P.s. I used Apple Pay for purchasing at regent street. I was trying to use same card with Apple Pay for return. 2. She also told me that I HAVE TO and can ONLY return the goods back to the store i purchased them, which is regent street store. i questioned this statement. she then changed to the claim that some of the items i tried to return are regent street exclusives, hence have to be returned to Regent street. she insisted that i have to travel back to regent street for return. 3. arrogant attitude, unfriendly."
"Had 5 minutes to run in and get a jacket ! 30% off and staff were helpful , nice security staff too"
"It's a shame that not a single one of the negative reviews received a response. Replying to satisfied customers doesn't sound like customer service :) Anyway, since I'm here here's my case. I've been a customer of all saints and particularly this store for around 10 years now during which I've spend thousands of pounds. I recently bought a pair of very nice and quite expensive trousers (£130) from the store. Wore them a couple of times and put them in the wash. That single wash completely destroyed the trousers, both in terms of size and material. It's ruined. After checking the small writings inside the trousers, I found that it says: "Do not wash"! Now obviously the legal safety net protects stores by making it a requirement to read the fine print on the small inner tag for washing instructions, so legally there's nothing here to discuss. I did visit the store however, explaining the above and simply asking that as a customer of many years, it would be nice if they could appreciate the situation that I did not think it's necessary to 'read instructions' before simply washing a standard looking pair of men's trousers on 30 degrees! So I hoped as a good will gesture or whatever other label they give these sort of things, they'd exchange it for me. Or at least give me some store credit towards buying myself a replacement. It costs them literally nothing and it makes a long standing customer happy and creates loyalty for the brand. While the staff were polite, they did not go out of their way to offer anything. I received the standard terms and conditions routine which is very frustrating to hear. Any sane business obviously protects itself with those and there's no need to remind customers about it. I was after human level customer service but received robotic terms and conditions citation. Given how expensive all saints has become, it places it among upscale brands and I'd have expected them to behave like one. One with personal touch and real customer service , not just an expensive H&M. I'd now try to find other brands. Ones that maybe appreciate my custom enough to at least try to help me on a personal level before telling me no."
