"Great service today. Store looked great and new collection was being put on the racks!"
"Store manager is a bully! The manager sold me a defective item and when I asked for a refund, he refused and said only exchanges or store credit allowed. This is illegal and I threatened to sue him, but he still rudely bullied me into accepting an exchange. They made me wait 4hrs for the exchanged item to arrive and it was also damaged so I asked for a refund. I eventually got the refund off another team member. The store manager didn't make eye contact with me. AVOID this store at all costs!!!"
