"I went into the Fat Face store at Kings Cross Station and had the most fabulous service by Shirley! She was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel like the only customer in the store. It is a funny story, where rather embarrassingly, I had taken a tumble and ripped my pants and cut my knee. And so, Shirley helped me to replace them and found me the most fabulous pair of black jeans/jeggings! Not only did she help me with my pants, but she also, bless her, went out of her way to go and get the first aid kit to ensure that my knee was cleaned up and okay! I couldn't thank her enough. Shirley, you are a god send and I love my new jeggings! xxxx"
