"They have all the stuff you would need that are very useful. However I wish the staff would be a bit more friendlier and helpful also have more of a sense of humour, especially the big guy with the beard. Whenever I go in to get some stuff for my pet I always feel unwelcome like they want me to go away and whenever I ask for suggestions they always give us brief information and walk away."

"I've been in the process of getting my first reptile for a while now - slowly saving and getting everything I need for a good, solid bioactive setup before I get myself a crestie. This place has been a lifeline, and everyone who works here is a legend! I went up to the counter and said "I think I'm in dire need of help" and lo and behold, they got me everything I needed and then some. All the staff are really nice, they know their stuff, and they have anything you could possibly need. The animals all seem super happy and well looked after. I'll be shopping here for a long time to come!"

"Took my daughters for the first time. They loved seeing all the animals. As a shop it was clean and well maintained, the animals all looked happy and well cared for. We were buying some fish for a new tank from the excellent selection they had. We planned for neon tetras so we bought some of those, but I’m very tempted to set up a tank for a betta as they had some beautiful ones in there. Staff were knowledgable and really friendly while allowing people space to look around. We loved our trip and our tetras have settled into their new home extremely well."
