"I find the environment very loud and uncomfortable. Music turned up loud and everyone shouting over each other. Went to cut my 6 year old sons hair told barber what I wanted and the end result was poor. The cut was not even and clean. And the barber wanted to leave it like that because my son was not keeping still. I asked him to it properly. I was dissatisfied because the pattern was not how I wanted it. Then he said he was charging a extra 5 quid for Christmas totalling 15 quid for a dissatisfied cut. They have no patients with kids."
