"Very relaxing hair wash in the massage chair - could have spent hours having my hair washed! Often, I have found, when you go for a haircut, ultimately the hairdresser does what they want rather than what you asked for, but at Unique Image, you are listened to, and have the cut yoy wanted! They also check in regularly to make sure they're doing what you want! I was very happy with the whole experience, and the finished hair style. My mom has been going there for years, and when she finds somewhere she likes, she keeps going back, so I wasn't apprehensive at all! The prices are also very good here, and I have had waxing and threading done here, and again very happy with the outcome! Last month my sister got her eyebrows coloured and looked so fab that our aunt went and had there - our aunt hasn't even changed hairdresser in the past 17 years despite moving about 5 miles away"

"Dont bother going to this place! The lady who did my eyebrows is very slap dash. She did me 2 eyebrows that looked completely different, which were flat with no shape. She apologised with a massive smile on her face - talk about sincerity! I wouldnt trust her to do my eyebrows again. On arrival the staff were not friendly either. Overall, go somewhere else who will do a better job! Utterly rubbish"
