"They would take money off your account even if you skip the month, and then it doesn't show on your credits. When you ask them about your credits, they accuse you of having a different account using another email address. Yet all your order history appears on the account that you are querying."

"there not even wroth 1 star, the worse company ever. they were taking £35.00 a month from my account without my permission for the last 22 months!! i don't know how they are still trading they should be shut down. Trading standards or the ombudsman need to be their case because there whole concept is wrong! the customer service staff dont have a clue what there talking about either, all they is just apologize over and over."

I signed up to the V.I.P membership then asked to cancel, I was advised my account had been cancelled however I have been charged £44.00 a month ever since. They do NOTHING about it!!!! All they want to do is steal your hard earned money!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They are so cheeky selling poor quality items for £35 and over! And how annoying is the monthly membership? They are too sneaky to make it clear that you’ll be paying £35 a month if you don’t skip the month. I have always skipped, except for this month as I completely forgot to (my mistake, I know) so I’ve sent them an email, explaining what’s happened and kindly asking to refund me...what I got was a copy and paste paragraph off their policy page...which never made sense or got to the point of me asking for my money back! So I had to order something, as the money has been taken off my account. I went for a pair of boots which currently are meant to be on ‘sale’ for under £20 for the VIP members (which I am, apparently) but when I went to check out, it was £42 so I even had to pay extra! What the actual hell. Liars. And finally, why is there no option to cancel ONLINE, rather than having to deal with someone on the phone.... waste of money and time...their fashion is of very limited selection too..."

"This company is a scam all they do is take your money do not sign up with them as they will start charging to £35 every single month without even letting you know until your bank statements start to come through and you have seen them take money fro you. They do not at all make it clear that once you sign up with them it automatically makes you become a member in which you will have to start paying every month. Trying to cancel as well is a nightmare, they put you on hold for 14 mins. And this number on their website takes for someone to pick up. Whatever you do , dont by anything from this company. THEY ARE FRAUDS."
