"AFRO HAIR REALLY? I went to this barber and asked if they could cut Afro caribbean hair, they said yes they could, all I asked was a simple skin fade, I'm not going into the full story but it took about 5-10 minutes max ,my hair was not shaped up either from the front or the back? the fade was terrible. These Barbers especially on the Lichfield road need to stop saying they can cut Afro caribbean hair when clearly you cannot, you will lie to our faces and say you can well you cannot absolute joke, stop lying to the Afro caribbean community when you clearly don't know how to cut this hair type.!"

"I went in for a wet shave and tidy up. I’d not booked, but they fit me in (there was only 1 other person in the barbers). The barber was very pleasant - but I wasn’t impressed that his brushes looked dirty, there was no hint if any sort of hygiene at all and no hot towels were used, just a cold, hand-pumped gel and immediately he started shaving (the gel hadn’t had time to work - so it felt like a dry shave). I won’t be going back - and with the choices of barbers locally, there’s no need to. (I had to shave my head again when I got home and trim both my beard and moustache - as there were loads of stray whiskers). Shame."

"TERRIBLE. I walk in Barber mumbles have you booked and I said no and sat down with no other explanation. I waited 15 mins and the guy finished cutting I was the only one waiting and then some other customers walks in and he tells him to take my seat. I had to walk out it was like I didn't exist because I didn't book. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!"
