"I bought two pairs of shoes in separate visits to the London store in the last few months. As well as being pleased with the shoes (both from the Mobils range and very comfy), the service was excellent - a particular thanks to the manager who thoughtfully gave me an umbrella to protect my lovely suede shoes when I was unprepared for the rain on my recent second visit."

"I paid £235 for a pair of Olimpia sneakers in May. By September the heels had worn through to the white undersole. I complained by email and it took a month to tell me I had to take them back to the shop. The shop then contacted the same department I had been emailing to be told it was my fault because of the way I walked! This is not a problem I’ve ever had before with Mephistos or any other shoes. Avoid this style, it is a bad design with an inadequate sole. Very disappointing in a brand I have previously been loyal to."
