"Visited the store today after falling down the YouTube rabbit hole. The gentleman who attended to me was superb, totally knowledgable and offered sage advice to ensure that my purchase was spot on. Now I’ve worn my boots for u hours and my feet are about to fall off! The break in on these things is gonna hurt…a lot… but I’m looking forward to enjoying these beauties. Awesome place, great service… and the boots are gorgeous"

"Ok, the boots are good; worth every penny and last forever, if you take care of them right. But just buy them online. The staff here are rubbish, have zero energy and are apparently not at all interested in what they sell. I can see all the boots online, buy them all online, I just dropped into the shop is to get a little more information or help with a choice. But nope: one word answers, total lack of engagement, and a snooty attitude. I went in fully prepared to spend £300 on a pair of boots, I left five minutes later having spent nothing. Way to sell, Red Wing."
