"Disgusting service. Had booking forme and my daughter at 1.15pm and told Matt I have to be out by 2.45pm latest. I was made to sit without any explanation for 30mins until i ask another member of staff to take over and then was told someone will do my daughters hair now and Matt will do mine shortly. Got my daughter's done I'm still sitting finally decided to walk out at 2.25pm as I was not attended to and still not one member of staff apologised. Never again."
