"Such a unprofessional hairdressing service. We was told prices over the phone for a dry hair cut and thinning. I booked appointment and was happy with the price we was told. When I arrived at the studio the lady that worked there spent half hour on the phone and eating lunch. When she finally was free she complained about my sister's hair that she cannot do a dry hair cut and has to be washed. Then she wanted to charge my daughter who is under 10 a price of 15 pounds for trim an thinning. This was not what we was told on the phone. We was told dry haircut 10 pounds. She clearly didn't want to cut our hair so was trying to make more money from us . Rude an unprofessional. We did find a better hairdresser down the road at reasonable prices an better attitude."

"Had a hair spa on friday. I have to got to say it was the best hair spa/ conditioning treatment i have ever had. It was done in the proper way with the correct equipment and the correct products. And taking the time is most important and they were superb. That will definitely will be my regular treatment and also the rest of the treatments such as the waxing threading is fantastic. The results are incredible and prices are really good i am one happy customer!! :-)"
