I now go alone and had my teeth cleaned for the first time last month which is a massive step for me. The reception lady is so nice and supportive. "Dentist is fully professional but the person on the reception who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken to!! I will never leave a complain if it was her first time! But that actually happening every single time!! Today, I rang up to ask a quick question and she didn’t even let me to finish off my sentence and kind of cut my conversation! What a shock!
