"This review was longer with pictures however Google doesn’t seem to want to post it. Unfortunately my Invisalign treatment with the smile clinic caused me to have excessive gum recession/ split gum exposing entire tooth root, that was missed by the smile clinic and picked up by a routine NHS apt two weeks after treatment ended. I’ve had to have two surgical gum grafts to rectify this. Smile have admitted they missed it and said it was a learning experience, they have also paid for my gum graft. Please do your research and don’t just go with the cheapest like I did. UPDATE: changed review to one star after recent interactions or lack of. I have an open complaint and was told the practice manager would reply next day to my email by the receptionist. Over 2 weeks later and nothing. I was only given 1 night retainer by them at the end of treatment, which has had to be cut round the graft site. Due to this one of the trays snapped. I ordered a replacement using my last scan 2 weeks ago (their own not the Vivera ones), it’s still not arrived so I’ve been left 2 weeks with my teeth moving and also charged 120 quid for it. Shocking."
