"I was registered at this practice as an NHS patient, to my surprise on my last visit I was charged as a private patient. When I queried this, I was advised that because I was not in receipt of benefits that I was removed as an NHS patient. I have never been in receipt of benefits, only a maternity exemption certificate. I received no communication to let me know this was going to happen and despite raising several complaints and messages left, I have received no response. On my last visit I received treatment for a filling, I am now left with severe pain when eating. I would not recommend this practice."

I had a tooth pulled never felt it. I would like to say thank you for the care you took and the great service I received. "A great dentist that is clean and tidy and does a good professional job. Update June 2021 - I've been coming here for two years and can't fault the place, Very friendly and professional staff from the receptionists to the dental staff, Very impressed with their covid measures and the fact that the dental staff wear ffp3 masks to protect customers and themselves. Throughout this terrible pandemic, I've not felt safe in any building but this place goes the extra mile. All in All very happy with the service."
