"I’ve been to this salon quite regularly and have had issues every single time. However have continued to go because of the location etc. every single time I’ve booked through Treatwell for a specific time and attended my appoitment there’s always been an issue. I’ve always got “we’re busy right now so there’s a wait” “We can’t find your booking so you’ll have to wait” When you ask them why they just tell you that Treatwell haven’t booked in on properly etc. you dare not complain or show any signs of aggravation because the staff will talk about you whilst doing your treatment in their own language, funny thing is I understand everything that they’re saying as I speak the same language. Very rude. I’ve called and received a call back from the owner and complained previously but the disgusting customer service is still an on going issue. I attended today for my appointment for 3pm to be told that Treatwell hadn’t added it on. And if I could wait 30 minuites as lo and behold “my colleagues on break” However a customer who had walked in without a booking had been seen straight away. No apology no remorse, nothing! I’ve reached the end of my tether even though I had paid for parking I had to leave right away and I’ve vowed I will never step foot in this salon again, I will inform everyone I know that goes there to stop. The attitude of the workers is appalling and they think it’s funny to speak about you and laugh whilst you’re having your treatment. I should have demanded my parking charges to be paid because that’s money I’ve lost out on because of the incompetence of such individuals. I’m fed up of it. Waste of a journey, waste of time and waste of money. Not to mention the amount of times they’ve messed up my eyebrows because they can’t understand what you require. I will be posting this on every social media platform also. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE"

"The only salon I always leave so happy with the result. I've had my eyebrows, hair cut, hair dye and hair styling done from here. Would recommend for all these services. Really worth the money. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly too. I also get seen rightaway at my appointment time."
