"Got my brows done and I HATE IT . Left the shop very angry and in tears due to how ugly my brows looked when I was looking forward to having them fixed. Simple word HD BROWS they don’t know what hd brows are instead she’s taking off more hair and making my brows thinner when I wanted them sharp and standing out not just ugly threaded brows. Lack of skills for a brow shop it’s very annoying these brow ladies know NOTHING so disappointing because in Other places brows be popping . Never coming back"

"The beauty hub is always clean, tidy and a good standard of hygiene is maintained. The decor gives a relaxing and organised feeling. The ladies who work there are all very welcoming, friendly and respectful, especially Fatima and her daughter in law. They are very understanding and accomodate for ladies who wear a Hijab or ladies who would like privacy so that they feel more comfortable whilst having their face threaded/waxed etc. Just let one of the ladies know beforehand and they will respect this. Fatima ensures the aftercare of the facial treatments is applied and is so soothing. It's like having a face massage which is good for blood circulation. I would highly reccomend Belleza beauty Hub. Their prices are very reasonable and treatments are done to a high standard."

"First time going there was annoyed at first because I had to wait after coming back from the Cashpoint but the lady is great at customer service she didn’t follow into my emotions but enlightened it and asked how I am which took away my nuisance I had . Love the service I got had full face threading and eye brows tinting which am very glad I cannot see a hair as I usually had issues with others who do not seem to understand that I need 99% of hair removed when I ask for hair removal and not just 1% . So definitely going back again and again and for other treatments too. One other downside came with assuming I didn’t want my change back rather than giving it me regardless so I just left it but the customer service , price and treatment outweighed the negative."

Mah Noor took her time to explain the process & was very professional making sure I was happy with Colour & shape before starting. Early days but excellent result so far.
