"If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole process with thornley groves has been stressful, when we moved in it was not to a clean standard and we had to deep clean the house. Then when moving out they had the cheek to try and make us pay almost 300 for cleaning when we cleaned before we left and to a better standard than what we moved into, which was proven when after going through an appeal process it was reduced by 78%. Plus whenever trying to deal with thornely groves they were absolutely terrible we were left without a working toilet for a week and they were thoroughly rude when trying to sort things out. I would not recommend!!"
