"Absolutely awful experience! I used to work in Clarks before but a different branch, and the staff here were rubbish, so many customers including myself were left unattended to. People on kids were holding tickets waiting to be served as well when it was barely busy. The girl who served me threw the shoes on the ground and sighed when saying here are your shoes. And before I left my friend had to alert a staff member that a customer needed help - do no recommend! >:("
"Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference. I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked! Thumbs up all round. Top customer service."
