"Click&Collect, is ment to be quick and easily accessible. Today went to collect some jeans ordered online. Went in store, to type my ref number in the iPad, to find 18 other people awaiting their parcels. People who were at the till point, giving their ref numbers and a member of staff was going pass everyone else and getting there parcels straight away. 20 minute wait, I got my parcel, before some people who had been there longer. Ridiculous set up, sort out some staff planning!"

"Next need to put the correct opening times on their website. I had to drive quite a distance to collect an order. Got there just before 10am which was the stated opening time on the website to find it doesn't open at 10am. Waste of my time and petrol."
