"Very poor customer service from Szymon (manager) and Sami (supervisor) who refused to refund boots which were within their refund date. I was told that a refund is at the manager’s discretion and that I should accept a ‘goodwill gesture’ of an exchange or leave the store - I assume because it would affect their commission. Szymon walked away from me twice while I was speaking and at one point changed his mind about the exchange, taking that option “off the table”. I took the boots to Carnaby Street and was given a full refund without question from a pleasant and courteous employee named Dario. This is not the first review to this effect - Timberland ought to investigate the practices in this store."

"I decided to come into this store after ordering several pairs of timberlands online. None of the sizes fit and I had to send them all back. I was feeling pretty hopeless coming into this store, but I had a great experience! I tried on 8 pairs of shoes, I’m not exaggerating. I’m a woman’s 8.5 and they don’t make that size. Which is terribly unlucky for me. Maisy helped me and she was so kind and patient with my difficult feet. She just kept trying to find me a shoe even after so many that didn’t fit. I’m so grateful and relieved I came in here. I usually go to the Oxford street store and I’ve never had this level of service or care there and I always give up trying to find a pair of shoes. I will definitely only come to this location from now on. Thanks again Maisy!"
