"Shocking. I have previously left a good review because of Dr Hannan who is a brilliant doctor and this review has nothing to do with them. I went to my doctor 7 months ago about symptoms I have been experiencing which I have been worried about. I can’t remember exactly how long I waited for that appointment but I think it was about 6 weeks, I had a blood test and got results quickly. I had to have another blood test 3 months after. When I rang to book it the waiting time was 6 weeks. I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks for the results after the blood test and that’s because I had to contact them. Every time I phone I get told to phone back tomorrow. I have tried 5 or 6 times now. No one picks up on the line to call through to get results so I have to pick the appointments option and getting through is terrible. I’ve been with this surgery all my life but I am now going to change."

"I have been with this practice since 2000 and the level of service has deteriorated greatly and has declined dramitically in the past 10 years. I thought when they got the new phone system the days of being on hold where gone however they are not I have been on hold at the time of writing this for 20 minutes and this is not the first time, I will be following others who have posted here and voting with my feet and finding a surgerey who answer the phone and actually treat you like a Person"

"this medical practice in my humble opinion is extremely unreliable, i personally do not trust the GP,S here any more. check everything and any medication they prescribe. i,m now looking for new GP. Please remember this is my personal opinion but be careful."

"I'd been with this doctors surgery for 30 years. Never ever been easy to get hold of, never easy to get an appointment. It's just an awful ran surgery. It topped me off a few months ago when I needed to get an appointment for my 6 year old daughter who suffers with bladder problems. Not only did it take me around a week of calling to eventually get though to get a urine sample pot. I called up for the results 3 days later as that's the minimum time I was given. I was ringing for over an hour and when i eventually got through I asked if my daughters urine sample had come through and she told me not yet. So I asked how long roughly do you think and she said "well how long is a piece of string, I'm not sure" so rude the receptionist. Few weeks later my daughter needed the doctor again and all week I had tried to get through to them and I couldn't so I changed my doctors and got a appointment with my new surgery after an hour of being with them. Park medical centre never answer their phone and when you do manage to get an appointment the waiting room is always empty and you hear the phone out ring in reception Wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone. My whole family had now changed surgery to the new one I am with they are amazing."

"Reception staff incredibly rude and unhelpful from the second they answer the phone - first words aggressively uttered "Can I help". Seem to have taken it upon themselves to initially try to fob every caller off, until you are able to convince them you require help. They also do not seem to keep internal records of who has spoken to you about what. They have recently updated their phones with a call waiting system, however, for the last two years it has been impossible to get through as you just hear a simple engaged beeping noise if someone else is on the line. Had to try as many as 150 times in two weeks. If you do finally speak to a Doctor they have all been competent, professional and friendly (but can't give more than star for the aforesaid reasons)."
