"Sue Thompson was forced to resign from Faiefield Street and I was left to fend for miself. CYRIL SMITH VICTIM and a dead man was in the next cell all the time"
"I worked for pennine care nhs foundation Trust. Birch Hill Hospital. I've never worked for a more evil, distrustful company in my life. My background was 15 years in private healthcare as a medical engineer. I thought the nhs was the next step up. I was wrong. The management can't operate computers let alone type emails. I wasn't given proper training. Staff got abused and I was expected to join on.. I have morals and I refused. This led to me being bullied, victimised, harassed and discriminated against. I left after 8 months. Corrupt. And"
"Palliative Care Team Bury a disgrace. My partner 2017 seen by them and given morphine in a bottle by GP, it was on their recommendation. She got morphine and took whole bottle. They did no risk assessment and was in a coma and died.My partner had history of depression but no risk assessment...They are a disgrace as my partner died shortly after their intervention.Legally they were found to without fault. They however morally and one particular nurse in particular are amoral. They carry on and lack compassion in court.I and my family will never forgive them and a nurse with an unfortunate name who came into our lives and produced a volcano that ended my.partners life and caused me unbearable pain and suffering. These people care about themselves and not the people they serve. I ask carers and patients to be vigilant in dealing with these people. They rushed to give out morphine like it was Mars bars.Other areas of country do have safeguards but not in Bury. Please be careful!!! They have been unsympathetic throughout and refused to meet with me and my Member of Parliament. They think it right to come into your life and kill off your partner without risk assessment. They have ruined my deceased partners life and attempted to ruin mine by their negligence. Goliath carries on crushing the small man, person but hopefully social media etc can provide a warning to others. They came into our life and caused mayhem and untold misery. All they needed to do was carry out risk assessment and see that their morphine was totally unsuited and dangerous to my deceased partner. The arrogant horrible nurse who prescribed the morphine is a disgrace. She has no remorse so people of Bury please be careful if Palliative Care opinion is asked for.We were getting on okay with cardiac nurses and then they asked for Palliative Care opinion.Within a week of their intervention my partner was in a coma after they gave out morphine like smarties. Nasty horrible people. They have replied after nearly two years. They have lame reason that the horrible palliative care team are now under another trust. They were the horrible people who whitewashed their organisation when I complained. They refused to meet with me and the horrible nurse who effectively killed off my then fiancee is free to carry on in her dangerous way. I will not withdraw my review as this organisation is so much to blame and cared not one jot about me.Even though I have over three years of service to them. So the review stays and they have not ever changed or apologised to me for finishing off my fiancee by employing a dangerous non compassionate nurse."
"I have been supported by Healthy minds for sometime. Once allocated counselling/support their skill and assistance is very good and really helpful. However access is extremely poor. I have been prompted to write this review in frustration at ringing, on 3 occasions, to return a call to Janet Brown. On each occasion I have rung at 445 and been in a queue. Then twice counted down to ‘first in the queue’ and once cut off and rang back to join the queue again. On each occasion I have waited until 5pm then rung again to be told the office is now closed. It’s clear someone is not answering / leaving early regularly. Justchange the advertised close time if this is an acceptable arrangement? You can’t be first in the queue twice for 10 mins when calls in front of you appear to take only a few."
"Excellent care at Arden Ward Stepping Hill Cannot praise the entire staff highly enough ,they are a superb compassionate caring skilled and expert team working hard for all patients. What started as a very scary experience became very rapidly a great healing process. The ward is modern and well looked after, constant cleaning, nice comfy chairs, great occupational therapy classes available each weekday, food is delivered cipus with home made soups and desserts and a choice of food daily. The nursing staff in their entirety including the night staff work extremely hard to support and encourage patients ,they're very skilled at encouraging healthy choices to assist healing. Nice touches like the 9 pm toast makes it surprisingly homely Don't be afraid if you have to stay-at-home the staff will care for you so well with dedication and enthusiasm."
