"This GP service is terrible . My daughter was very very ill. I called at 8am specifying that it's an emergency, I was given an appointment at 9:30 am. Upon arrival with my daughter that could barely walk and a high temperature , I was told this appointment was not for today but for after 2 days. They have terrible services, my daughter was so sick that she started crying .The apology was very half hearted and there was a clear lack of sympathy, it was inhumane treatment .This is just one of the many instances this gp has disappointed me . The receptionists picking up the calls are unprofessional and they are unorganised . If I could give them 0 stars I would."
"Why ER in hospitals overloaded? It is because local clinics are not able to help on people who feel sick. This clinic used to have good comment. But not now-a-day, rigid staffs, not helpful at all, incapable of empathy. I am so disappointed."
"Can never get an appointment. They supposingly will give you a 30 minute slot online booking system to make a telephone or face to face appointment but that never happens because within 2mins of the online system being open its closed saying they are full for the day. If you call they refer you back to the online system. If you email they refer you back to the online system. I've been at home within several health issues and recovering from a injury for weeks now. They don't care."
"Although the online booking service can be daunting, today it worked a treat for me. Logged my request at 8 am, contacted by the doctor herself by 8.30, greeted by the friendly receptionist and seeing the wonderful Dr. Sabor by 10.20... Blood tests and hospital appointment arranged. Nothing but friendly, efficient service."
