Not only did the laser fail to work at all, but my appointments were frequently rescheduled because there was never anyone available to assist me. Despite completing five sessions, I have not noticed any noticeable improvements. When I attempted to schedule my final session, I was told that I had already completed all six sessions, which was impossible based on the date I began the treatment."
