"My wife and I would like to express how grateful we are for the wonderful way we were treated by the nursing staff working in the ophthalmology department. My wife is profoundly deaf as well as being sight impaired, so communication is both difficult and challenging, but she was treated with patience and kindness throughout the various tests she needed. They also went above and beyond in searching out and arranging a meeting with Henshaw's, which could provide us with valuable help managing my wife's communication problems, many thanks and best wishes."
"minor injuries is closed. has been for years, why dont you update your google settings as people waste time attending a closed unit"
"A £2million hospital. No staff. Waited 2 hours for a blood test. Joke. I won't be doing it again"
"I attended the ophthalmic department. I was very impressed with the building and cleanliness. Reception staff very polite and friendly, the nurses were very professional and advised what treatment they were doing. The consultant was very nice and explained everything. Really nice department. Would highly recommend."
"I have taken my children with minor Injuries to this hospital 3 times over the past 2-3 years. They are amazing. The longest time we had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes. Today we went to Macclesfield A&E first, because it was closer. They told us we have to wait 5 hours!!! So we went to Altringham and my son was seen in 1 hour 15 min, had treatment and we left in 1 hour 30 min. This hospital has 2 nice waiting areas. There are some toys for children, coffee and tea machine for about £1 a drink. And the quality of drinks is good. The hospital is extremely clean and the staff is polite and friendly."
