"Some reaction on my 6 years son's face but doctor don't touch him even not see his skin rash properly and proscribed medicine. Dr. has so attitude she don't know how to treat child. Very disappointed with Dr.."
"I’ve been at this gp since being born, and since the original doctor who had the same day appointments were truly the only genuine doctor here, since 2018,2019 my doctors haven’t even booked me in for a proper appointment unless it’s a telephone one, when they do and I turn up they say it’s not been booked, I’ve had many problems over the years and the doctors they have right now are so rude and don’t care, I’ve needed hospital appointments but not been able to get them as my doctor wouldn’t refer me, I’ve needed appointments with other nhs care and still they haven’t done nothing about it, half of them sound like they don’t know what they are doing, the women at the office always have the phone on user busy when times I’ve been stood outside the door calling and no one is even picking it up, we can’t just walk in now and ask for an appointment so when we try with the women they are just as bad as the nurses … honestly worse doctors I’ve ever come across, no help from them what so ever, you could be dying and they wouldn’t give a toss"
"Been using the surgery since I moved to Ashton I really like nurse Bharti she makes you feel at ease and the other nurses I've met there the receptionists are approachable too but I always prefer the old man I feel like he's more of a listener than the other doctors and also I've been seen by an African doctor before he is also calm an more approachable too."
"I am a doctor myself, came to see a female asian GP. Honestly, so unprofessional she didn’t even introduce herself, just shrugged her shoulders and waved her arms stating ‘what, what are you here for? As a doctor, I would never speak to my patients like this, there should be a level of professionalism and you should speak to your patients and treat them in a way that allows them to feel comfortable communicating with you and opening up about their presentation. I had to disclose to this female doctor in the middle of her consultation that I am a doctor too, suddenly her attitude became better and she was completely different. I shouldn’t have to feel like I need to disclose my profession to make the other person aware that I know their attitude/manner is completely unacceptable to then allow them to make a 360 change. Her examination and management was questionable throughout. I felt like my visit was a complete waste of time. She needs to treat her patients with respect regardless of what they do or who they are. I understand the pressures involved, but this shouldn’t be taken out on patients and they shouldn’t be made to feel like they are a burden by attending their appointment. This is how she made me feel up until the point I disclosed my profession."
"Arrived. Name called within 2 mins. Minor surgery done. I couldn't be happier. Nurse explained everything in full detail, what will hurt, what shouldn't hurt. All fabulous staff. Wouldn't hesitate to go again if needs be. Dr was abit quiet but nice guy. Made me a very happy lady yesterday :) Thanks so much Stamford house surgery!!!"
