"The overall service of the floor staff was very good. I was served by a fairly young guy in his twenties I think from an Asian background I think he said his name was Abdullah very polite and knowledgeable. However I wasn’t impressed by one lady who appeared to be a manager on duty quite tall and dressed in her own clothes. She seemed quite rude and I felt rushed to move around the store and pay, from someone who has worked in the retail industry this is not how a manager should behave and I honestly found this behaviour disgraceful. "Great service, however I do not know why I couldn’t have my parcel delivered to my choice of store as I am going there later this week. You have a JD Sports in The Chimes in Uxbridge. I even put the post code in. However, what ever I put in, full address, post code, Slough came up every time as my nearest store. I know I can go in Uxbridge as I have gone there before, so instead I had to pay postage for home delivery as I couldn’t be bothered to try any more. That’s why I put 4 stars and not 5."
