"Very rude lady at the counter. My wife just asked her about return policy which is a right of the customer. When I went to pay at the counter she talked bad about me to her colleague , in front of me. And when I said she started argumenting with me. My wife was about to buy few tops and we went to pay at the counter but just because she siad bad words in front of me just because of asking return policy, we had to leave all stuff. She agreed that she said those and said call the customer service and complain about me. Very disappointed with the staff. Should have given Zero star if there was a possibility"

"Needed an outfit for an upcoming event, Roman had some beautiful items. They did make me feel a bit reluctant to buy at first because they don't do refunds you can only exchange and if it's not a shop you regularly use then it can be off putting. Glad to say thought once purchased and got home and tried the dress with accessories etc it looked amazing."
