"***FOLLOW UP*** They came through in the nick of time and all items was received by special delivery. Was compensated for the inconvenience and was kindly given a gift code to use on a future purchase. This is a great example of what true customer service is. Turning a negative experience into a positive one. ORIGINAL REVIEW THREE WEEKS LATER, ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED! Order number 14018 placed on 25th August for event on 16th Sept using the free delivery 1-3 day service. Marked as dispatched on 3rd Sept but no tracking number appeared and no email to confirm. After waiting 2 weeks I asked for a tracking number so I could chase it up myself. Used the Chat feature to speak to someone, said they would send tracking by email but of course (very predictable) no email would be sent. And it hasn't. Tried multiple times to reach them again by phone, email and online chat with no luck and no response. Without tracking number, I will not accept postal strike being the cause of delay. Very unprofessional. Will likely cancel the whole order now unless they can make a miracle happen."

"Purchased my egg stroller package from here back in August and they were so helpful with everything. This week emailed and asked if they could get me the adaptors to make my pram a twin style as the adaptors were sold out everywhere! They managed to get me some within a few days and posted them to me too, can not fault them. I’ve ordered a few bits of clothing they do a good price range depending on how much you wanna spend. All round happy customer :)"
