Although I did not have proof of purchase, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and understanding, and after consulting his manager (via text) he changed the bag without any problems. "Shame its the only shop to sell the uniform my son needs as its quite a drive for us. Shop could be organised slightly better personally as looks pretty messy, but if it works for them great. One member of staff is quite stone faced, didn't even crack a smile whilst serving, but the other members of staff are pleasant to deal with. Quality of items not great for price, have already had to re stitch parts of the blazer that have come apart."
