"Lovely people! They greet you with the first gift for baby! Very profesional! You need to pay in advance a fee and when you arrive pay de other part! Then the clinician take you to the scan room! They explain everything and allow family members to join. Scan really good, she explained everything and ask us if we had more questions. She share with us some pictures that we love and also they send the pics to the mobile! Love the fact that i was able to book in the evening and that they had availability! Other companies told me i could do in a week!"

"Absolutely shocking service!! They got the dating scan wrong by over 2 weeks. We went for a early dating scan and the lady performing the scan mistakenly used the measurement of the CRL as the measurement of the gestational sac. Which put the dating 2 weeks behind at just over 4 weeks when it should of been over 6 weeks. This left me and my partner panicked as we knew it had to be longer and we thought we had an underdeveloped baby, which 80% of the time results in a miscarriage. I worked out what had happened with the calculation error and called back to be rudely told I was wrong, that I’m not an expert and they do MILLIONS of scans per day. Secondly the heart beat and crl was present which meant it had to of been close to 6 weeks however when I mentioned this, I was rudely interrupted and told that they wouldn’t double check the pictures and to just wait for the next scan. We since went to another clinic who did the dating scan 5 days later and told us we were coming into week 7 which aligns with what our dates. AWFUL SERVICE AND MANAGER!!!"

"Did exactly " what it said on the tin "!! No complaints. Excellent service. I think the front of your surgery in Manchester could do with tidying up a bit. Looks a little scruffy to be honest. However, I would defo. use scans direct again and would recommend them to anyone. Very good value for money and they actually explain to you what, where, if, and when. Highly recommended IMO"

"Abysmal level and understanding of customer service. Would not recommend at all. More interested in retaining deposits than any sense of fairness. Bolton branch phoned us to cancel a gender scan with 2 hours notice due to a machine error. Phoned my wife, while she was trying to teach a classroom of children and pressured her into rearranging appointment from Bolton to Stretford. At no point offered any refund or reminded her of right to cancel. Wife confirmed the appointment as to not lose the slot while we considered alternatives. No email or text confirmation provided for rearranged appointment at all. Phone recording proves both of these points. We found another scan at better suitability with another provider. Phoned up to cancel rearranged appointment and told we’re liable for the full amount. They conveniently decide to then ‘waive’ the on the day payment but retain £25 deposit. Stinks of trying to retain deposits from their own technical issues which resulted in 5 appointments being cancelled by them at the Bolton branch on Tuesday 29th Nov. Would not recommend, tone and telephone manner of the colleague involved is rude and insulting throughout."

"Unfortunately i turned up to my appointment, and after calling because no one answered the door they informed me that they had texted me as my appointment had been cancelled? A text i had never recieved. I had family who travelled one hour away specifically to find out the gender of my baby. The lady was very apologetic, which i appreciate, but i feel really let down by this company."
