"I would leave minus stars if I could. They send you a quote , to then add to it without any explanation , send you letters saying your policy is cancelled but still take your money , it just seems a sneaky way to get out of potential claims. You get past through to so many diffrent departments who can't help with anything , you end up speaking to the same department multiple times. They say someone will call you back and they never do , I don't think they know what they are doing. Do not go with these!! Minus stars for me if there is an option."

"After 4 months of being insured my insurance was cancelled unfairly due to a prove of address document “ not being sent on time” i’ve tried contacting through the mobile number within the time provided to send the new documentation, however the mobile line will not work and transfer me to the correct department. Staff are extremely polite but not helpful in matters like this. In addition to this they made me pay extremely high cancellation fees and added this cancellation to my record which prevents me from getting a decent prices insurance in which my son can be added in. i’m extremely displeased and unhappy with this service. kind regards,"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY If your disabled, this company will discriminate against you. Where shall I start?? This company is disgusting. My Parents made a claim in November 2022 as water damaged my ceiling and room as in the picture below. The claims accessor came out and rather than trying to repair the damage they were more concerned my parents never told them my roof was flat by another 5%. I told them my parents are disabled how would they know of what percentage the roof was they gave information to what they thought was correct. So now into the new year they offered £325 to settle. Now I asked for that value can they repair it because just to clean the debris and remove the damaged materials a Labourer would charge £200 for the day. To plaster the area is minimum £300. Where they get £325 is beyond me. So now in January we are still awaiting the claim to be settled. The room is damp and water is coming through. My parents are very stressed and their health is being affected psychologically. This discrimination against elderly and disabled people is disgusting and shameful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I EXPECT AN AUTOMATED APOLOGY FOR THIS"

"Money taken from my account without seeing the renewal. Cancelled and still waiting for refund 10 days later. Need the money to pay for my cover. Phoned several times and told to contact my bank.! Not acceptable !. Why can it take no time to pay for insurance and 10 days to refund is beyond belief. Would not recommend this company. Refund processed 12th Dec now 26th this is shocking service. I will be taking quoteline to small the small claims court if not received in the next 48hrs"

"Absolutely appalling! One contact number, which they dont answer, no email address or web chat. There is no way of contacting to speak to someone! BEWARE of automatic renewal, they say you can opt out online but re new it anyway!!!!! Then charge you £50 to cancel!!!! Also, DO NOT miss a payment they charge you a fine, which is more than the actual monthly payment!!!!!"
