"From the moment I entered, I was made to feel special. I had already shopped a lot and had so many bags on my shoulder and in my hands. Immediately, I was offered assistance and items put behind the till that I wished to buy or in the changing room. Another staff took all my bags and stored them in the same cubicle so I could shop hands free and every moment, staff were not far to take each item. It felt like a bespoke shopping experience and I wished I visited Reiss last to take me home on a high because no other shop after 4 hours in bluewater could match Reiss" service.
