"I will not be using Wheelfurb again. I had some alloys that needed a refurb and thought I would give this company a go instead of going to my usual place.... The work was carried out to an extremely poor standard. The wheels had been blasted and the curb rash had been filled in but none of the other imperfections on the wheel were removed. There is still corrosion on the face of the wheel that is visible through the powdercoat. The wheels were lacquered but the surface wasn't cleaned properly so there is 'debris' (dust particles etc.) that are all very clearly visible under the lacquered surface. There was also a complete lack of communication and I had to chase for updates on two separate occasions. And a final note - when you give the wheels back to the customer, surely it makes sense to give the wheels a quick wipe down so they aren't covered in grease and oil marks??"
